A friend turns into a foe.

We all have friends and we used to share each our happiness as well as sadness to them. Friends are most important in our life as they are the ones to whom we can share anything in our life. Friend is need is a friend indeed as a famous thought for us. I used to have most of my friends who were good and some were bad in terms of nature. I shared my all thoughts as well as what is happening in my life with one if my friend. So my friend keeps on supporting me and give me guidance on each day and I was like blindly following his advice as he was understanding my problem and shows me that he is supporting me and will keep as confidential. But I don't even know that he was the one who was passing information to other friends and even things which I shared to him , others were reacting the same things as told by him. I felt angry as if why do I shared such personal problems with him. Even he was making fun of me. Instead of only ignoring that person, I ignored all my friends as I thought that they all are same. That friend was doing such things and now all are my friends are with him and no one is supporting me. 
It gives me a huge lesson that we should not discuss personal problems with anyone or the outsiders but with our family members. We should ignore the behavior of one person who was behaving bad with us and instead we should talk with others and avoid that person. Never expect others to help you, we should help others. Never judge people by their nature and the way they are.

1:-Boundary Value Analysis:-  it is one of the black test design technique. it based on testing the boundary value of valid and invalid partition. Every partition has its maximum and minimum value and these maximum and minimum value are boundary value of partition. A boundary value for a valid partition is a valid boundary value. A boundary value for a invalid partition is a invalid boundary value.

Enforcing primary key and Foreign key constraints.

Primary Key:- A Primary key basically is used to identifies uniquely each record in the table. primary key must include unique value, and can not contain null values. primary key A table can have only 1 primary key.

Foreign Key:-Foreign key is a key used to a link to two table together. Foreign key is a key in one table that refer to the primary key in another table.

How to add foreign key in a exiting table.

Alter table tblpersons add constraint tblpersone_genderid_FK foreign key(genderid) references primary key (id).

Notes:- Foreign key combination of column whose value doesn't miss match a primary key in a different table.

A foreign key in one table indicate a primary key in another table. The foreign key constraint  prevents invalid data form being inserted into foreign key column.The data you are inserting into foreign key  column, should be same data as the primary key column of the another table.

Adding a default constraint:-

A default column can be specified using defaults constraint. The default constraint is used to insert a default value into the column.The default value will be added to all new records, if no other value is specified, including null.

How to drop Default constraint

How i got trapped in office politics.

Working in a mnc company is a dream for every younsters who wants to work in such organization but what is happening inside organization is totally different. 

I was working in such a good company where I was given a work which is utilizing my skills and my knowledge but I was being unaware of politics. My day starts with saying hello to every member of my team and even my manager and get back to work which is being allocating to me. I have good reputation with my senior manager and lead managers but less with my team members and from there politics starts. They will behave nicely in front of you as they know that you have good image in front of your leads, but what they are doing your back is something different. Some jealous co workers whom work were not given any appreciation and were actually making bad rumors about me as I did something wrong. It was happen on that day where I was only given a work and I was so excited but some jealous co workers were not behaving nice to me. So I was concentrating only my work to give my good results but from somewhere I was hearing any sound of giggling. Past 2 to 3 days, people start to talking about me and making fun of me. Nobody was telling me anything and it was done indirectly. I kept quiet for so long  to only concentrate on my work, but it get into the ear of my manager and somehow that work was being snatched from me and given to other. I got to know that someone spread false rumors about me and I don't even know who did it. My managers were behaving weird towards me as they think I am the one behind rumours. People started to bully me and kept quiet in front of managers. I was not able to understand their politics and how managers were not believing me. It looks like whole unit got against me. At last, I had no choice but to resign from that company and knowing that they will all be happy as they were thinking as they won. But I prefer to keep fake smile and showing gratitude to everyone. I was happy that I move forward and will not see them again and showed them that I was the best person for the team whom they were playing politics.

Politics are every where and even from school, colleges and in office but how we take it that depends. So I have learnt that we should devote every person and appreciating others, motivating others so that they will think it twice before doing any politics.

Story of Ayodhya

 

अयोध्या, भारत के  उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के अयोध्या जिले का एक नगर और जिले का मुख्यालय है। सरयू नदी के तट पर बसा अयोध्या एक अति प्राचीन धार्मिक स्थल है। मान्यता है कि इस नगर को मनु ऋषि ने बसाया था और इसे 'अयोध्या' का नाम दिया जिसका अर्थ होता है अ-युध्य अथार्थ 'जहां कभी युद्ध नहीं होता। ' इसे 'कौशल देश' भी कहा जाता था। पौराणिक मान्यताओं के अनुसार अयोध्या मे सूर्यवंशी/रघुवंशी राजाओं का राज हुआ करता था, जिसमे भगवान श्री राम ने अवतार लिया था। यहाँ पर सातवीं शाताब्दी में चीनी यात्री हेनत्सांग आया था। उसके अनुसार यहाँ 20 बौद्ध मंदिर थे तथा 3000 भिक्षु रहते थे। यह सप्त पुरियों में से एक है-

अयोध्या हिन्दुओं के प्राचीन और सात पवित्र तीर्थस्थलों में से एक है.

अयोध्या पुण्यनगरी है। अयोध्या श्रीरामचन्द्रजी की जन्मभूमि होने के नाते भारत के प्राचीन साहित्य व इतिहास में सदा से प्रसिद्ध रही है। अयोध्या की गणना भारत की प्राचीन सप्तपुरियों में प्रथम स्थान पर की गई है। अयोध्या की महत्ता के बारे में पूर्वी उत्तर प्रदेश के जनसाधारण में निम्न कहावत प्रचलित है-

गंगा बड़ी गोदावरी,

तीरथ बड़ो प्रयाग,

सबसे बड़ी अयोध्यानगरी,

जहँ राम लियो अवतार।

पारंपरिक इतिहास में, अयोध्या कोसल राज्य की प्रारंभिक राजधानी थी. गौतमबुद्ध के समय कोसल राज्य के दो भाग हो गए थे- उत्तर कोसल और दक्षिण कोसल जिनके बीच में सरयू नदी बहती थी. बता दें, बौद्ध काल में ही अयोध्या के पास एक नई बस्ती बन गई थी जिसका नाम साकेत था. बौद्ध साहित्य में साकेत और अयोध्या दोनों का नाम साथ भी मिलता है. जिससे दोनों के भिन्न अस्तित्व के बारे में जानकारी मिलती है.

अयोध्या और मंदिरों की एक धर्मनगरी है. हर साल लाखों श्रद्धालु यहां पर दर्शन करने आते हैं. आपको बता दें, रामायण की कथा में सरयू नदी अयोध्या से होकर बहती है जिसे दशरथ की राजधानी और राम की जन्भूमि माना जाता है. सरयू के किनारे 14 प्रमुख घाट हैं. जिनमे गुप्तद्वार घाट, कैकेयी घाट, कौशल्या घाट, पापमोचन घाट, लक्ष्मण घाट आदि उल्लेखनीय है. मंदिरों में 'कनक भवन' सबसे सुंदर है.

गृह मंत्री अमित शाह कोरोनावायरस से संक्रमित

देश में जारी कोरोना संकट में गृहमंत्री अमित शाह (Amit Shah) भी कोरोनावायरस (Coronavirus) से संक्रमित हो गये हैं.

अमित शाह ने खुद ट्वीट कर Covid Positive होने की जानकारी दी. अमित शाह ने ट्वीट में कहा, 'कोरोना के शुरूआती लक्षण दिखने पर मैंने टेस्ट करवाया और रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई है। मेरी तबीयत ठीक है परन्तु डॉक्टर्स की सलाह पर अस्पताल में भर्ती हो रहा हूँ, 

मेरा अनुरोध है कि आप में से जो कोई भी लोग गत कुछ दिनों में मेरे संपर्क में आयें हैं, कृपया स्वयं को आइसोलेट कर अपनी जाँच करवाएं।. गृहमंत्री को गुड़गांव के मेदांता अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है. बता दें कि बीते बुधवार को गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कैबिनेट बैठक में शामिल हुए थे.

55 वर्षीय अमित  शाह ने बुधवार को कैबिनेट बैठक में हिस्सा लिया था, जिसमें प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण सहित सभी शीर्ष मंत्रियों ने भाग लिया था. बैठक के दौरान सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग समेत सभी सुरक्षा  का पालन किया गया था. और उसी बैठक में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति को मंजूरी दी गई थी. 

बता दें कि प्रधानमंत्री निवास पर कोरोना से जुड़े सभी नियम-क़ायदों का सख़्ती से पालन हो रहा है...यहां पहुंचने वालों का टेमप्रेचर चेक किया जा रहा है...आने वालों के आरोग्य सेतु ऐप भी चेक किए जा रहे हैं...आमने-सामने बैठकर मीटिंग करने के बजाए वीडियो कॉन्फ़्रेंसिंग पर ज़्यादा ज़ोर है.

बता दें कि बीजेपी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा समेत कई नेताओं ने ने ट्वीट कर गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के जल्द स्वस्थ होने की प्रार्थना की. उन्होंने ट्वीट कर लिखा, 'माननीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह जी के कोरोना संक्रमित होने का समाचार प्राप्त हुआ. मैं भगवान से उनके शीघ्र स्वास्थ्य लाभ की प्रार्थना करता हूं.

 

असम के मंत्री हिमंत बिस्वा सरमा ने अमित शाह के शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना की. उन्होंने ट्वीट कर कहा, 'आपकी शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना करता हूं.  

 

उधर, रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने भी अमित शाह के शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना की. उन्होंने ट्वीट किया, 'अमितजी, हर चुनौती के सामने आपकी दृढ़ता और इच्छाशक्ति एक मिसाल रही है. कोरोना वायरस की इस बड़ी चुनौती पर भी आप निश्चित रूप से विजय प्राप्त करेंगे, ऐसा मेरा विश्वास है. आप आप जल्दी से स्वस्थ हों, यही मेरी ईश्वर से प्रार्थना है.

 

वहीं, पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने भी गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के जल्द से जल्द स्वस्थ होने की कामना की है.

 

ममता बनर्जी ने ट्वीट किया, 'केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री के बारे में सुना. अमित शाह जी कोरोना पॉजिटिव पाए गए हैं. उनके शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना. मेरी प्रार्थनाएं उनके और उनके परिवार के साथ हैं!

अमित शाह ने एक दिन पहले ही आईसीसीआर के एक वेबीनार में हिस्सा लिया था. लोकमान्य तिलक की सौंवी पुण्यतिथि पर आयोजित हुए इस कार्यक्रम में विनय सहस्त्रबुद्धे मौजूद थे. इससे पहले बुधवार को कैबिनेट बैठक हुई थी. हालांकि यह स्पष्ट नहीं कि वे इसमें गए थे या वीडियो कांफ्रेंस से हिस्सा लिया था.

बता दें कि हाल ही में मध्यप्रदेश (Madhya Pradesh) के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान (Shivraj Singh Chauhan) भी कोरोनावायस से संक्रमित हुए थे. शिवराज सिंह चौहान अस्पताल में भर्ती हैं और अब उनमें कोविड के कोई लक्षण नहीं हैं. उनका कोविड-19 टेस्ट किया जा रहा है. रिपोर्ट यदि निगेटिव आई तो उनको कल अस्‍पताल से डिस्चार्ज किया जा सकता है. सीएम शिवराज सिंह ने स्वयं ट्वीट करके यह जानकारी साझा की है. वे कोरोना वायरस पॉजिटिव पाए जाने के बाद पिछले नौ दिनों से अस्पताल में भर्ती हैं. 

उधर, देश में रविवार को एक दिन में Covid-19 के एक बार फिर 50 हजार से ज्यादा मामले देखने को मिले. ताजा रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार 24 घंटों में 54,735 नए मामले सामने आने के बाद कोरोना संक्रमण के कुल मामले बढ़कर 17,50,723 हो गए हैं जबकि स्वस्थ होने वालों की संख्या भी बढ़कर 11,45,629 हो गई है.
