How i got trapped in office politics.

Working in a mnc company is a dream for every younsters who wants to work in such organization but what is happening inside organization is totally different. 

I was working in such a good company where I was given a work which is utilizing my skills and my knowledge but I was being unaware of politics. My day starts with saying hello to every member of my team and even my manager and get back to work which is being allocating to me. I have good reputation with my senior manager and lead managers but less with my team members and from there politics starts. They will behave nicely in front of you as they know that you have good image in front of your leads, but what they are doing your back is something different. Some jealous co workers whom work were not given any appreciation and were actually making bad rumors about me as I did something wrong. It was happen on that day where I was only given a work and I was so excited but some jealous co workers were not behaving nice to me. So I was concentrating only my work to give my good results but from somewhere I was hearing any sound of giggling. Past 2 to 3 days, people start to talking about me and making fun of me. Nobody was telling me anything and it was done indirectly. I kept quiet for so long  to only concentrate on my work, but it get into the ear of my manager and somehow that work was being snatched from me and given to other. I got to know that someone spread false rumors about me and I don't even know who did it. My managers were behaving weird towards me as they think I am the one behind rumours. People started to bully me and kept quiet in front of managers. I was not able to understand their politics and how managers were not believing me. It looks like whole unit got against me. At last, I had no choice but to resign from that company and knowing that they will all be happy as they were thinking as they won. But I prefer to keep fake smile and showing gratitude to everyone. I was happy that I move forward and will not see them again and showed them that I was the best person for the team whom they were playing politics.

Politics are every where and even from school, colleges and in office but how we take it that depends. So I have learnt that we should devote every person and appreciating others, motivating others so that they will think it twice before doing any politics.
