महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने 40 बड़े अधिकारियों की एक टीम बनाई है और उन्हें ऑपरेशन अर्णव का नाम देकर बकायदा एक ऑपरेशन पर लगाया है
इन अधिकारियों ने अरनव गोस्वामी के office की सारी खरीदारी देखी balance sheet से लेकर कर्मचारियों की salary dipawali बोनस यहां तक कि झाड़ू टिशू पेपर सेनेटाइजर की खरीदी का बिल सब कुछ check किया और जब कुछ भी गड़बड़ी नहीं मिला
तब उन्होंने Two साल पहले शिवसेना के गृह मंत्री के द्वारा ही क्लोजर रिपोर्ट फाइल किए हुए अवन्य नायक आत्महत्या केस में अर्नव गोस्वामी को फांसने की पूरी प्लानिंग की
उसके लिए शरद पवार ने अन्वय के family को बुलाया और उन्हें पैसों का लालच देकर कहा तुम एक application मुझे दो कि तुम अवन्य और उनकी मां की आत्महत्या के केस को खुलवाना चाहते हो
अब जरा अवन्य नायक की story जान लीजिए
अवन्य नायक की company 2013 में 8.21 करोड़ loss में थी
2014 में 4.74 करोड़ लॉस में थी
2016 में 4.45 करोड़ लॉस में थी
Total डेब्ट 19.57 करोड़, ओवरड्राफ्ट 10.37 करोड़, ट्रेड receivable 6.63 करोड़ का था ट्रेड पेयबल्स 7.51 करोड़ का था
अन्वय नायक की company में अन्वय और उनकी मां कुमुद डायरेक्टर थी। क्योंकि अन्वय नायक का wife से तलाक का केस चल रहा था और अन्यव नायक को दुख ये था कि उनकी daughter भी उनकी wife के रास्ते पर चल रही थी यानी बेहद खुली जिंदगी जीती थी उनके कहने में नहीं थी
फिर एक दिन अन्वय नायक और उनकी मां कुमुद नायक मरे हुए पाए गए
एक death नोट परिवार ने कुछ महीने के बाद मीडिया को दिखाया लेकिन उस पर सिर्फ अन्वय नायक का सिग्नेचर था उसकी मां का नही
उसी सुसाइड नोट में जो इस वक्त viral हो चुका है जब आप पढ़ेंगे तब अन्वय नायक ने अर्नब गोस्वामी, फिरोज शेख और नीतीश शारदा तीनों का नाम लिखा है
लेकिन नीतीश शारदा और फिरोज शेख कहां है ?
उनके पीछे मुंबई पुलिस या महाराष्ट्र सरकार क्यों नहीं पड़ी? अरनव गोस्वामी ने सिर्फ 10% पेमेंट बाकी रखा था और यह बकाया कॉन्ट्रैक्ट के अनुसार था अरनव गोस्वामी के पास उनका सिर्फ 83 लाख बकाया था जबकि फिरोज शेख के पास उनका 4 करोड़ रुपए बकाया था ऐसे में यदि कोई व्यक्ति आत्महत्या करेगा तो सरकार को ज्यादा बकाया वाले पर कठोर कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए थी
अन्वय की सुसाइड नोट में फिरोज शेख का नाम लिखे होने के बावजूद भी मीडिया, शिवसेना की सांसद प्रियंका चतुर्वेदी तमाम सेकुलरपत्रकार सिर्फ अरनव गोस्वामी के नाम के नीचे हैडलाइन करके वायरल कर रहे हैं लेकिन फिरोज शेख और नीतीश शारदा का नाम व नहीं हाइलाइट बता रहे
सबसे आश्चर्य इस बात का की अन्वय ने अपने बकाया पेमेंट लेने के लिए कोई भी कानूनी कार्रवाई नहीं की वह पुलिस के पास शिकायत नहीं किए वह आर्बिट्रेटर के पास नहीं गए और आर्थिक तंगी में यदि कोई व्यक्ति आत्महत्या करता है तब आप ऐसे हजारों केस का पैटर्न देखिए वह व्यक्ति अपने पत्नी और बच्चों के साथ आत्महत्या करता है अपनी मां के साथ नहीं
लेकिन अन्यव नायक ने अपनी पत्नी और बेटी को इस दुनिया के मुश्किलो से लड़ने के लिए अकेला छोड़ दिया और अपनी मां के साथ आत्महत्या कर ली???
परिवार वालों के शिकायत के वक्त जब महाराष्ट्र में शिवसेना का ही गृह मंत्री था मुंबई पुलिस ने जांच की और जांच के बाद अदालत में क्लोजर रिपोर्ट फाइल किया की अन्वय नायक और उनकी मां के आत्महत्या का मामला मानसिक अवसाद और अन्वय नायक का परिवार का बिखरना है इसका अर्णब गोस्वामी से कोई लेना देना नहीं है और अदालत ने बकायदा कोर्ट का स्टैंप लगाकर मामले को क्लोज कर दिया और इस मामले में मुंबई पुलिस की तेजतर्रार सीआईडी ब्रांच ने जांच की थी
अन्वय नायक की कंपनी का नाम कानकॉर्ड डिजाइन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड था जो 2002 में बनी थी और यह कंपनी फर्नीचर बनाती थी कुमुद नायक (अन्वय नायक की मां ) और अन्यव नाइक इस कंपनी में डायरेक्टर थे और इस कंपनी का रजिस्टर्ड ऑफिस दादर ईस्ट में था
अन्वय नायक की कंपनी ने सरकार के पास अपना बैलेंस शीट जमा किया है इसमें उन्होंने 2016 में 4.45 करोड़ लॉस 19.57 करोड़ उधारी यानी डेप्ट और 10.37 करोड़ बैंक ओवरड्राफ्ट बताया है और टोटल ट्रेड रिसिवेबल 2016 में इन्होंने 6.63 करोड़ जबकि ट्रेड पेयबल्स 7.51 करोड़ बताया है

क्या आप मानेंगे कि सिर्फ 10% बकाया के लिए कोई व्यक्ति अपनी मां के साथ आत्महत्या कर लेगा?? जबकि असली बकायेदार फिरोज शेख है जो lcast X और स्की मीडिया कंपनी का मालिक है उसने अन्वय नायक का 4 करोड रुपए नहीं दिया जो एक बहुत बड़ा अमाउंट है
लेकिन परमवीर की पुलिस ने फिरोज शेख के ऊपर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की और अन्वय नायक की पत्नी जो उनसे हाई कोर्ट में तलाक का केस लड़ रही थी और जिन्होंने अपने पति को कई सालों से मुकदमों में फंसा रखा है वह मिसेस आकांक्षा नायक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में एक बार भी फिरोज शेख का नाम नहीं लिया
83 लाख बकाया वाले का नाम आप चीख चीख कर बता रही हो लेकिन 4 करोड रुपए नहीं देने वाले का नाम आखिर आप क्यों नहीं ले रही ??
बस यही असली सच्चाई है और यह मामला पूरी तरह से फ्रॉड है और कल जब अलीबाग कोर्ट में यह सारे फैक्ट रखे गए जब महिला जज जिन्हें जो राज्य सरकार के अंतर्गत आती हैं जो एक मजिस्ट्रेट है जो राज्य सरकार की कर्मचारी हैं उन्होंने पूरे दबाव के बावजूद भी इन सारे सच्चाईयों को देखते हुए अर्नब गोस्वामी को पुलिस कस्टडी नहीं दिया और अपने आदेश में एकदम साफ लिखा अर्नब गोस्वामी की गिरफ्तारी पूरी तरह से गलत है पुलिस ने यह पूरा काम विद्वेषपूर्ण से किया है पुलिस ने यह एस्टेब्लिश करने में नाकाम रही अरनव की बकाया की वजह से उनमें नायक और उनकी मां ने आत्महत्या किया था।

श्रीकृष्ण , बलराम और अपने गुरु पुत्र के साथ पुन: धरती पर लौट आए और उन्होंने गुरु
पुत्र के साथ ही पाञ्चजन्य शंख को भी गुरु को समक्ष प्रस्तुत कर दिया। गुरु ने पाञ्चजन्य
शंख को पुन: श्रीकृष्ण को देते हुए कहा कि
यह तुम्हारे लिए ही है। तब गुरु की आज्ञा से उन्होंने पाञ्चजन्य शंख का नाद कर पुराने
युग की समाप्ति और नए युग का प्रारंभ किया।
