For Online F.I.R  first open  this link https://cctnsup.gov.in/eFIR  When you are open this link show below page

If you are new user then create citizen login. For create login click Create citizen login option 

After click  Create citizen login  below page open

Fill all details then login CCTNS site  after login

Fill all our detail which is show in below form.

then click add
